Questions people ask before they sign up
How much does Rooferan cost?
Solo is $149 a month, Crew is $299, and Shop is $599 — billed monthly, in USD. Those are the prices at launch. During the early-tester program you pay nothing, and early testers lock in founding-customer rates.
Is it priced per user?
No, and this is the one we get asked about most. Each plan is a flat monthly price that covers a whole team — 3 people on Solo, up to 8 on Crew, up to 20 on Shop. Hiring a rep or a project manager does not change your bill until you outgrow the plan itself.
Are roof measurements really free?
Yes, on every plan. Email a GAF QuickMeasure report to Rooferan and it is parsed into an interactive roof diagram; applying a template then fills a costed estimate from those measurements. A free instant ballpark is included too. There are no credits to buy, nothing meters down, and no per-report fee.
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
None. Card and bank payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates, and the money goes straight to you — Rooferan never holds your funds and never takes a cut.
Does it work in Spanish and Portuguese?
Yes. The office app, the crew app and the customer portal all run in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, and each person picks their own. Your estimate can be sent in the language your customer reads, from the same record.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?
Yes, with QuickBooks Online, and in both directions: invoices and payments push out, while expenses and job costs come back in so per-job profit stays accurate without double entry.
